THE SOLUTION: RM's RESIDENTIAL RECOVERY PROGRAM

Founded on Biblical principles, Reconciliation Ministries' Residential Recovery Program is a highly structured, long-term, residential and discipleship program for men seeking treatment from substance abuse.

RM’s Residential Recovery Program consists of three phases. Learn about each below:

PHASE 1: ROOTED

Phase 1: Rooted  

The Rooted Phase is designed to help men develop a strong foundation built on Biblical principles. During this phase men will:

  • Complete Contract 1: Salvation
  • Complete Contract 2: Made in the Image of God
  • Begin to learn, memorize, and apply character qualities
  • Spend time in prayer, worship, and chapel every day
  • Experience positive and encouraging Christian community
  • Complete 14 Christian group studies focusing on topics like conflict resolution and learning from failure

PHASE 2: RESTORATION

Phase 2: Restoration  

During the Restoration Phase, men will work towards mending broken relationships. Leadership development, vocational training, and life skills classes are emphasized. During this phase men will:

  • Complete Contract 3: Spiritual Growth
  • Complete Contract 4: Relationships
  • Complete Contract 5: Servant Leadership
  • Begin Bible book projects
  • Participate in group counseling
  • Receive dental or vision care if needed
  • Be eligible for off campus family visits

PHASE 3: REMAIN

Phase 3: Remain

The final phase is designed to help men transition back into the community, where they will be equipped to lead their families, churches, and communities while being a Christian who walks in a manner worthy of the Gospel. During this phase men will:

  • Receive help with employment
  • Receive help regaining legal documents (i.e. driver’s licenses, birth certificates, etc.)
  • Resolve legal issues including child custody cases
  • Receive help with any other barrier’s students may face in getting back on their feet

Learn budgeting skills and begin to take on financial responsibilities by paying a fee to live in RM housing
