RM staff members are dedicated to serving and sacrificing on a daily basis to give students the opportunity to break free from their addiction and experience a new life in Christ.
Ashley Arrington

Ashley graduated with honors from Olivet Nazarene University with a double major in social work and inter-cultural studies and a minor in business for non-profit. She went on to receive her MBA through Liberty University and has worked at Excelsior Youth Center, a female youth residential facility, as a campus counselor as well as at the Mental Health Center of Denver as a high intensity case manager. Ashley has written and received grants for various non-profits, secured funds, and started an endowment for the Student Philanthropy Council at Olivet Nazarene University. In 2015, she felt God calling her to Columbia, SC to become the Director of Elev8 (now Reconciliation Ministries). Since she has become the executive director, RM has revitalized its mission and vision, expanded programming options, and is working towards securing strategic funding options.
Lucky Detty

Lucky is a first-generation, honors graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a degree in Christian ministry and a minor in family ministry. Currently working to obtain his master’s degree in pastoral ministry, Lucky is also an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. His passion for providing hope and discipleship opportunities to men struggling with an addiction as well as living and sharing the Gospel in the Beatty Downs community are portrayed through his leadership skills, work ethic and commitment to Christ. Since RM’s inception and with God’s guidance, he has cast and carried out the vision for RM as it continues to grow and expand, including starting a church plant in 2022. RM Church of the Nazarene serves RM students and families as well as residents of the Beatty Downs neighborhood.
